Installation Requirements
This is an engine-only program and is supplied for integration into a competition vehicle or race chassis. Professional installation recommended. Customers must provide: • Air intake system and filtration • Intercooler and charge-air plumbing • Exhaust system (turbo-back) • Cooling system • Fuel system • Electronic controls (ECU) • Flywheel and clutch matched to the selected transmission For transverse applications, the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) transmission is available separately through HRC-US or Honda dealers. For rear-wheel-drive installations, contact an HRC-US distributor regarding available drivetrain solutions.
