This is a non-refundable deposit on the 4P B-Series Race Casting.  It is not refundable under any circumstance and is a low deposit because of this.  If you participate in the pre-order, you also are getting this cylinder head at a discounted price.  Once you place your deposit, you will get an email with instructions going forward and a discount code for your final purchase.

This will reserve one of the 200 initial race castings for you and helps us to plan production while also guaranteeing that you get one of the first batch.  The heads are offered "as cast" (valve job, surfaced, billet cam caps, unported ready to run) or CNC Ported with our race port (valve job, surfaced, CNC ported, billet cam caps, ready to run).  Valves and Valve Springs are not included, but you can add them at the time of shipment when we reach out to you for delivery.

Introducing the 4P B-Series Race Casting

We have been working on the engineering behind the B-Series Race Casting for years, even before our K-Series.  We have taken everything we learned with the massive success of the K-Series program and applied that to the 4P B-Series Race Casting.

As Cast Cylinder Head
The "As Cast" cylinder head comes with valve job, surface, and billet cam caps.  It boasts a 290 CFM port even without porting.  This is a massive increase over stock cylinder heads but without the expense of CNC porting.  It flows more than ported offerings from most companies.

CNC Race Ported Cylinder Head
For a little extra money, you get our CNC ported version, which takes airflow over 320 CFM even with a stock sized valve.  We ran these heads on select cars at WCF and they had to adjust their tunes and add fuel over their existing world record holding 4P Outlaw CNC cylinder heads.  This port design isn't just high flow at high lift...these guys had to add 20+% fuel even at idle and low rpm.  It is a GAME CHANGER for making big power.

Why is this casting better?

As OEM castings have gone out of production, those in the field have aged and worn, and the demands on our race engines have increased, we needed to develop a superior alternative to OEM.  The 4P Race Casting is superior in every way.

  • Made IN THE USA from A356-T6 Aluminum
  • Based on GSR B18C1 Architecture
  • Billet cams caps with precision machining.  Tired of dealing with mismatched, missing, or worn cam caps?  These are so perfect, so smooth, and billet for extra strength and rigidity.
  • Extra thick deck for increased rigidity, better gasket sealing, and high boost handling capabilities.
  • Port wall thickness is increased over OEM dramatically to allow us to run larger ports and move them around for high rpm applications.  Increased port wall thickness also allows for extreme boost applications.
  • Areas of the exhaust water jacket that crack in OEM cylinder heads with high EGTs are completely eliminated.  The head retains water and cooling, but we have moved it to different areas.
  • All heads accept VTEC and non-VTEC arrangement with OEM or aftermarket components.
  • These race ported heads are 100% designed, machined, and finished in house at 4 Piston Racing.  We will build you the head you need for your race or street program.
